Enjoy a fantastic lineup of local musicians throughout the summer, with a fully stocked bar, delicious BBQ, and food served from 6:30pm. There’s even an open mic slot, so aspiring performers can bring their backing tracks and take to the stage.

Get ready for a fantastic weekend of music, community spirit, and maritime tradition as the Port Isaac Shanty Weekend returns on 3rd and 4th October 2026!
The picturesque fishing village will be alive with the sound of sea shanties, folk songs, and rousing performances from an incredible lineup of talented groups and musicians from across the UK and beyond. Best of all, the performers are generously donating their time and talent to support fundraising efforts for Port Isaac Village Hall.
With dozens of acts including favourites such as The Port Isaac Gulls, The Shipwrecks, The Yarngoats, Barrel Seagals, Harbour Buoys, The Harry Browns, and many more, there will be music echoing through the harbour, pubs, streets, and venues all weekend long.
Whether you’re a lifelong shanty enthusiast or simply looking for a unique Cornish weekend filled with great entertainment, warm welcomes, and plenty of singing, the Port Isaac Shanty Weekend promises an unforgettable atmosphere in one of Cornwall’s most beautiful coastal settings.

Park up top and wander down in to a beautiful North Cornish fishing village. Its quaint, its small, it has pasties π and of course the Golden Lion pub of Fisherman’s Friends fame. Its got to be done.
